Oh HERE piggy piggy!!!

I have never really been loose with a pig before, and after today I would really like a pet pig! I would like a pet everything, but truely these pigs were great!!! The little ones where a bit forward but hey, I wasn't the one wearing the wedding dress!!! Chris Slater was nice enough to let us come hang out with him and his cute pig friends today, the babies are for sale (805-391-0930) if you too want a pet pig, or fair pig they are ready to go! I love my sister for letting me torture her with my ideas. This is going to be the first of many of my collection "The Country Bride". Yay for piggies!!!

I love my cuz P, and her pooch Stanley (Dittee named her baby after him!!!). She says he doesn't drool but oh baby yes he does! I do the love the cheesy monster no matter how he covers me in shoelaces!

Dittee's Birthday!!!

Grace, aka "Dittee", turned the big 1 today. Not sure if I'm excited or sad. Walking will help with the two monsters playing more together, but officially my little baby is turning into a little girl. It's kinda sad. But...today was a wonderful day at the beach. Presley said "This is the best birthday in the whole world", and it wasn't even hers!!! While Grace was NOT happy about the water temperature, Pnut was delighted. Grace sort of liked the sand but was much more interested in pulling everything out of the bag and examining it all. And FINALLY after 2 years of trying...I got Pnut to touch the sea anenomes!!! A miracle in itself!!! "They can't hurt me!!!" Yay for birthdays!

Oh St. Pattys!

Without turning this into a "mommy blog" (I should probably make a new one just for that) I have to share the bits of my day which include my little monsters. As you can see Presley is obsessed with tractors and asks "ampa" everytime we are there if she can ride it...today she lucked out!!!

I love finding random hearts in nature, or in this case paint, and sending them to my hubby.

Ryan & Katy

I love these two. I had a ton of fun with them and their two dogs Shiloh and Maddie. Katy is kinda like my sister whom I haven’t seen in a very long time. It’s hard trying to find a green field with oak trees that’s not fenced in, it didn’t used to be but it sure is now. Can’t wait for their wedding!!!

Lightbulb!!!

Today I went to work on this idea I have had for awhile. But, I really never thought it would happen because where on earth could I find a soul willing to let me put there infant child on my monster horse. Well...I did! Kaitlyn was such a good sport and the pic turned out EXACTLY how I imagined. It was the best feeling in the world! The pic is on the home page...my new masterpiece :)

Sunday I took my good friend Kathryn’s new baby Kaitlyn’s pics. She is soooo adorable and has way more hair than my one-year old. It was my first little baby shoot and it was quite fun! It’s a little hard to direct a one-month old: sleep, lie still, are you REALLY hungry? She was an angel and stayed awake for the perfect amount of time and then slept for a few shots.
